• Runs live commerce broadcasts for several brands at once on TikTok and other social platforms, from the client brief to the live feed
• Plans the look for each brand brief and designs lighting and camera setups the crew can reuse from one client to the next
• Wrote the studio's standard settings, shutdown checklist and per-room equipment guides, which cut the time a session takes to set up
• Built Live Studio OS with the company's CEO: a Google Apps Script web app on one Google Sheet that the team opens every day for equipment checks, fault logs and the monthly report
• Moved the 501-item equipment register into it
